Marten trap PSMCAGE

The trap must be set so it catches the animal alive and unharmed. Set the trap outdoors, at least 15-20 from the house, in a quiet place. Cover the bottom with a 2-3 cm thick layer of soil and leaf. The trap must be checked twice a day, morning and evening. Protected animal species must be immediately released.

Once the marten is captured, it must be killed or released at once, it is forbidden to keep the marten in captivity. It is forbidden to put a poison out for the marten. Privat people should contact a veterinarian or hunter with a hunting license.
